42 Southgate Lane has been fully refurbished in December 2021. It comes with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge diner and garage with off road parking. It comfortably sleeps 4, but can be 5 with trundle bed. The main bedroom is a good size with a King Bed. The further 2 bedrooms are single bedrooms which one comes with a trundle bed. A new kitchen and bathroom have just been installed (December 2021). Bathroom is situated downstairs.
Snettisham is a great platform to enjoy the Norfolk Coast, it has it’s own beach with parking, furthermore bird lovers have a fantastic RSPB area.

The property provides a single parking space with a garage in which you are welcome to store bikes, paddle boards, fishing equipment etc... The cosy interior offers a downstairs bathroom, modern kitchen and living room, with rustic bench and table, sofa and chairs, Smart TV and Internet. Upstairs provides 1 double room with king size bed, and vanity table with 2 further single rooms, we can also provide a cot and high chair upon request, outside you will find a small sun trapped garden with a table & chairs (available spring / summer).
